AssignAccept/RejectReport

1. Admin Assigns Care Request

A Care Administrator creates a request and assigns it to a volunteer.

2. Volunteer Receives Assignment

Email includes one-click Accept/Reject.

3. If Accepted

A confirmation email is sent with a link to submit a care report.

4. Deliver Care & Report

After care is delivered, the volunteer submits a care delivery report.

If Rejected

A short reason is requested and the request can be reassigned.
