Empowering volunteers in CareNote is simple. Every paid user includes three free volunteers, and inviting them takes just an email. With secure, token-based actions, volunteers can accept invites and start serving—no accounts or passwords required.
Invite→Accept→Added
1. Invitation Sent
A Care Administrator will send you an invitation by email.
2. Accept Your Invite
Open the email and click Join to accept.
3. You're In
This will immediately add you to the team.
4. Not Ready? Ignore It
If you choose not to join, simply ignore the email—no further action required.
