How is my Plus tier determined?
Your tier is based on total team size — paid users plus volunteers. If you have 3 paid users and 2 volunteers, that is 5 users total, which falls in the Small tier at $49/year.
Can I try Plus before buying?
Plus is available as an add-on once you have an active CareNote Core subscription. If you want to see Plus features before committing, schedule a demo and we will walk you through everything.
What if I don't need Plus?
Then don't buy it. Core is a complete pastoral care platform on its own. Many churches run their entire care ministry on Core alone. Plus is there when your coordination needs grow.
Does Plus replace Core or add to it?
