2. Missing Care Report
Go to Admin → Reports → Missing Care Report to see everyone who hasn't received recent care interactions. Filter by timeframe to find gaps.
3. Status Badges
People and care requests show visual badges: “Overdue,” “Due Today,” “Stale” so you can quickly identify who needs attention.
4. Daily Beacon Email
Each morning, you receive an email summary of who needs attention that day—visits due, care requests pending, and follow-ups needed.
5. Automated Follow-up Reminders
When you log an interaction and set a follow-up date, CareNote reminds you when it's time. No more forgetting to check back in.
