For the request workflow

Create a Care Request with “Benevolence” category

Use your Benevolence category (set up by admin)

Route to your benevolence committee or deacons for review

Track through approval

Move through statuses as the request is reviewed and approved

For financial tracking

Admin → Groups → select your Benevolence group

Create an Expense record

Log the financial assistance being provided

Link to the person

Connect the expense to the profile receiving assistance

Track status and amount

Set category, type, amount, and status (Pending → Approved → Cleared)

Run expense reports

Generate reports by group, date range, or category for accountability
