Step-by-step guide
From the Dashboard, click “Log Interaction”
Or navigate to a person's profile and click “Log Interaction” from there
Select the visit type
Choose “Visit” or “Home Visit” from the interaction type options
Record the date and time
Set when the visit occurred, along with the duration if relevant
Add your notes
Write a summary of what you discussed, any concerns, prayer needs, or action items
Set follow-up if needed
Mark “Requires follow-up” and set a date. You can also assign the follow-up to another team member.
