How SMS care request acceptance works
Assign care with a single text message so requests move forward even when no one is at a desk.
Request comes in. A congregant submits a care request through your form, your staff, or directly in CareNote.
Instant SMS alert. Assigned providers (or a Care Group) receive a text: "New care request: Janet Bailey. Reply 'more' to view summary or 'accept' to take it."
Reply with a simple command. Providers text back more to see details or accept to assign the request to themselves.
CareNote updates automatically. As soon as someone accepts, CareNote assigns the request, records who responded, and stops notifying others.
