They are two months in, so this is what they have set up so far. Their first move was to bring the history with them: more than five thousand past interactions came across from the tool they were leaving, backdated across the year, so the record a pastor actually needs was there on the first day rather than starting from nothing.
Since then the live work has begun. Needs already arrive three ways: typed in, sent to their care address, and submitted on a Planning Center form with an automation behind it. Their nine categories are unusually specific and include a one-year condolence check-in, which is a church that has thought hard about bereavement. Milestones are carrying much of the long-arc record, with hundreds recorded in the first two months.
