The committee votes from their inbox
Each member gets a personal, one-click Vote Now link by email. No login or account needed. They cast Approve, Deny, or Hold, with an optional note explaining their reasoning, and can change their vote later.
The leader decides
The committee’s group owner or manager reviews the votes and reasoning, then makes the final Approve or Deny decision with a decision note. The committee advises. Your leadership decides.
Follow-through and a permanent record
On approval, CareNote creates a follow-up task on the person’s profile, due in 7 days, and notifies the committee the request was granted. The submission, every vote, and the final decision stay on the person’s record.
