Cover twelve campuses with two people, and be able to show that the visits happened.
How it works now
The schedule is the whole system. Visits are planned on a visitation schedule, assigned to one of the two, and written up as a visit report when they are done. Between them they log around a hundred and eighty visits a month, steadily, and have done every month for ten months. Phone calls fill the gaps between visits.
Groups organize who belongs to which campus, so it is clear who is due to be seen. There is no request queue here at all: no forms, no automations, no volunteers to coordinate, no categories to design. The visit log is the ministry and the record of it, searchable by person.
